DESCRIPTION:\nWe are delighted to announce our first ever PowerHouseGames with Canterbury Christ Church University, part of our growth into Kent and the South East! The event will take place on the 3rd July 2024 at the fantastic Polo Farm Sports Centre.\n\n \n \n \nWe have yet to announce which schools will be joining us on the day so if your school would like to be part of this fantastic event please get in touch ( https://www.power2inspire.org.uk/contact-us/ ). We bring together students from primary and secondary schools in the state and private sector as well as a special needs school who will join the University squads in playing inclusive and adapted games such as boccia, new age kurling, and sitting netball. Twelve teams of six will play in colourful T-shirts, learning about inclusion, community cohesion and teamwork.\n \n\n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n\nCanterbury Christ Church University students will lead us through the games as we all learn lots about the fun of inclusion and community cohesion.
