DESCRIPTION:\n \nWe are delighted to be launching a brand new PowerHouseGames event in Watford for 2026. Thanks to new partnerships with Co-Op, Everyone Active and Watford Borough Council this new event will take place on Wednesday the 10th June 2026 at Woodside Leisure Centre in Garston.\n \n\nWe have yet to announce which schools will be joining us on the day so if your school would like to be part of this fantastic event please get in touch ( https://www.power2inspire.org.uk/contact-us/ ). We bring together students from primary and secondary schools in the state and private sector as well as a special needs school who will join volunteers from Everyone Active and Watford BC in playing inclusive and adapted games such as boccia, walking football, and sitting netball. Twelve teams of six will play in colourful T-shirts, learning about inclusion, community cohesion and teamwork.\n\n \nVolunteers will lead us through the games as we all learn lots about the fun of inclusion and community cohesion. We are sure it’s going to be a brilliant event.\n
