Samworth Brothers PowerHouseGames 2025

Power2Inspire has partnered with Samworth Brothers for the last two years as part of the Leicester Tigers Foundation PowerHouseGames. It has been so successful that Samworth Brothers have booked to run their own Games for their employees, along with local primary and secondary schools. Samworth Brothers is a UK food manufacturer whose declared purpose is to do good things with great food, seeking to be a long-term force for good and reinvest in the future of the business to make a positive difference for their people, customers, suppliers and communities.

The event will take place on the 26th July 2025 at the fantastic Soar Valley College sports facility in Gleneagles Avenue.

We have yet to announce which schools will be joining us on the day so if your school would like to be part of this fantastic event please get in touch. We bring together students from primary and secondary schools in the state and private sector as well as a special needs school who will join employees from Samworth Brothers in playing inclusive and adapted games such as boccia, new age kurling, and sitting netball. Twelve teams of six will play in colourful T-shirts, learning about inclusion, community cohesion and teamwork.

Samworth Brothers employees will lead us through the games as we all learn lots about the fun of inclusion and community cohesion. We are sure it’s going to be a brilliant event.
