Festival of Inclusive Sport Milton 2024
We are delighted to announce a brand new partnership with Cambridge Sport Lakes helping us launch an all new Festival of Inclusive Sport, happening this July at the fabulous Milton Country Park in Cambridge. Come and join us for this exciting event.
Between 10am and 1pm on Sunday 7th July we are hosting not one, but FOUR different inclusive events for you to try.
- SuperSensory1K - run, walk, or wheel around a 1km course exploring all five sensory stations. This will take you around the southern end of Milton Country Park on a 1km long loop.
- You Can Bike Too - Try our accessible cycles on a loop around Todd's Pit
- Boccia - Try this Olympic sport in our sensory garden area
- Blindfold Trail - Attempt to navigate a trail without using your eyes!
You can arrive at anytime and take part in one, two or all of the activities!
Absolutely EVERYBODY is welcome to come and join in, no matter what your ability.

Festival of Sitting Volleyball 2024

Come and join us for our brand new and exciting Festival of Inclusive Sitting Volleyball at the University of Essex Sports Arena.
It includes specialist coaching from GB Sitting Volleyball players, athlete appearances and the chance to play loads of games!
Absolutely EVERYBODY is welcome to come and join in, no matter what your ability.

University of Oxford PowerHouseGames 2024
We are delighted to announce our first ever PowerHouseGames with the University of Oxford and Oxford SDG Impact Lab, two of our newest partners! The event will take place on the 26th April 2024 at the fabulous Iffley Road Sports Centre.
We have yet to announce which schools will be joining us on the day so if your school would like to be part of this fantastic event please get in touch. We bring together students from primary and secondary schools in the state and private sector as well as a special needs school who will join the University squads in playing inclusive and adapted games such as boccia, new age kurling, and sitting netball. Twelve teams of six will play in colourful T-shirts, learning about inclusion, community cohesion and teamwork.
Oxford SDG Impact Lab will provide volunteers to be team captains, leading the students through the games and learning lots too about the fun of inclusion and community cohesion. We are sure it's going to be a brilliant event
TTP Cambridge Half Marathon 2023
Power2Inspire is delighted to be an official local charity partner of the TTP Cambridge Half Marathon.
However, entries for the 2024 Half Marathon are now CLOSED.

Super Sensory 1K Histon 2024
Power2Inspire is thrilled to host the sixth annual SuperSensory1K, a 1,000m loop of Histon Recreation Ground. It’s a truly inclusive event, as you can travel the distance in any way you want, including walking, wheeling and running.
To add to the fun there are five sensory stations along the route: celebrating smell, touch, sight, hearing and taste.
It will take place from 11am on Bank Holiday Monday, 6th May 2024. It’s all part of the Histon & Impington Running Festival (just outside Cambridge), making this a beacon of inclusive sport in the region.
